At center right the JMT comes over Mather Pass, the white saddle in front of the farthest dark gray points of the Palisade Crest, and continues nearer down Upper Basin dipping out of view into forested South Fork of the Kings River mid center right before rising back up to camera viewpoint just N below Lake Marjorie.
